HOTELSIGNS.com Return Policy

At HOTELSIGNS.com, we are committed to delivering custom ADA-compliant signage with precision. Our online ordering system allows you to preview your sign in detail before placing your order, ensuring full visibility into the final product. We aim for 100% accuracy in every sign we produce.

Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in production and packaging, mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately using one of the following methods: To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request a photo of the damaged or incorrect item for quality control purposes. In some instances, we may need you to return the item to our facility. If a return is necessary, we will provide a call tag for convenient pickup from your location.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will ship replacement product(s) within 5-10 business days.

If a refund is warranted, it will be processed via the original payment method within 48 hours of confirmation.

Customer-Ordered Errors (Returns with Restocking Fee)

We accept returns for non-defective items subject to a restocking fee and the conditions outlined below:
  • Returned items must be in new, uninstalled condition.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) to HOTELSIGNS.com.
  • A 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit issued.
  • Credits will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be processed within 48 hours.
You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product to request a return authorization number. Please use one of the following methods:

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
  • Fully custom items that differ from our standard product offerings in design, layout, size, material, or finish.
  • Items with customer-provided artwork or specifications outside of our typical templates.
We encourage customers to carefully review all custom details during the ordering process.
